Through constant communication, I will keep you apprised of any new homes that come on the market that you might be interested in via email, fax, phone or mail. Once we have found that perfect home, I will negotiate with the sellers to get the best possible price and terms for the home you desire.   

You will benefit from my years of experience in the Real Estate Business at no cost to you. As you know, many buyers are unaware of the fact that our commission is paid by the seller in most cases.

  • Lender fees include charges for loan processing, underwriting, preparation and establishing an escrow account.
  • Third-party fees include charges for insurance, title search, and other inspections such as termites.
  • Government fees include deed recording and state & local mortgage taxes.
  • Escrow and interest fees include homeowner's insurance, loan interest, real estate taxes, and occasionally private mortgage insurance.
